Apart from the financial transactions, non financial banking services can also be availed using the mobile app. The non-financial services available with the bank are request services such as a request for balance inquiry, mini statement, cheque status, and stop clearing of pending cheques. Customers can provide the feedback on the services or refer a friend to BOB using the app.
Customers with a valid BOB account can register for mobile banking services at the ATM, bank branch, or through Bank of Baroda Internet Banking. To use the mobile app, download the app from Google play store. To authenticate the mobile number, enter the mobile number and click Generate OTP button. Enter the OTP received to the mobile number and click Verify OTP button.
After verification of the OTP, the user is directed to create the login password. Enter the login password and confirm the same by re-typing. Click Ok button.
