Axis Bank Credit Card Registration & Login
To apply for a credit card, select the Apply now button on the home screen and choose the credit card option. Choose the card of choice and click the Apply now button. A pop-up window requesting for the details essential for the customer care executive to call back opens. Enter the details and click submit button. The customer care executive will call back to obtain the required details. If the applicant is found eligible, then the credit card will be issued. To start using the card after receiving the card a pin has to be generated to authenticate the card. The pin can be generated online or by using the mobile banking services. To generate the pin online, visit the Axis Bank official website, log in the internet banking account, select my credit cards option in go to accounts, click on more services, choose the option to generate the pin, enter the number and click Next. A verification code will be sent to the registered mobile number. Provide the code to authenticate the card. Click confirm button and the pin will be generated. A similar procedure has to be followed to generate the pin through mobile banking. After generating the pin, start using the card with the registered user ID and the pin. Axis Bank Credit Cards Bill Payments & Statements
Credit card bill payments can be done Axis Bank Net Banking. Open the Axis Bank home page. Select the pay bill option listed in the Accounts section. If the bill is being paid for the first time, register a new biller “Axis Bank credit card – Direct pay”. After registering the biller, click on pay now option to continue with the payment process. Provide the 16-digit credit card number, credit card type, email ID, mobile number, and the bank account from which the payment is to be done. The payments can be done using the Visa or MasterCard. Provide the required details and click the Pay Now button at the end of the page.
Payment can also be done by NEFT transfer with the beneficiary name as Axis Bank and the beneficiary account number as credit card number. The IFSC Code is UTIB0000400.
Credit card bill payment can also be done by sending an SMS as CCP last 6 digits of the savings or current account, payment amount, and the last 4 digits of the credit card number to the number 5676782. Other modes of credit card payment are through the IMPS service and the mobile banking.
Customers can obtain the details of the credit card transactions with e-statement. Request for e-statement can be made online using the internet banking services. Provide the details of email ID and contact details to open the e-statement registration form. An SMS can also be sent to GREEN to 5676782. Request for credit card e-statement can also be submitted by calling the phone banking center at 1860-419- 5555 or 1 860-500-5555. The request for e-statement can also be submitted at the Axis Bank Branch.Bill payments also done through secured Axis Bank Mobile App. Provide the customer ID and account number and click Submit button to complete the registration process.
Axis Credit Card Online Application and Status
Choose the credit card of your choice and apply for it in two easy steps. As a part of the first step, check the eligibility. To check the eligibility for obtaining the credit card, submit the form filled with requisite details. Provide the date of birth, credit card details, and also the account number in the case of possessing the Axis Bank Account.

After submitting the application, the applicant is provided with the application ID that can be used for tracking the application status. In majority of the cases, customers can obtain the required information or get their complaints resolved through any of the above stated services. Customers are expected to receive a response to their complaints within 2 working days. If the customer fails to obtain the appropriate solution, then they can contact the grievance redressal section. They can write to the nodal officer directly. Complaints sent to the nodal officer are expected to be resolved within 10 days. If the nodal officer fails to resolve the complaint then they can write to the principal nodal officer who is expected to resolve the complaint within 10 working days. As a last means, to obtain solution the customers can approach the banking ombudsman.
